Whistleblower Channel
A channel to report unethical conduct, irregularities or violations of Grupo Genia's policies. Every report is received and handled by the Ethics Committee, in confidence.
This address is monitored exclusively by the Ethics Committee.
What can be reported
- Fraud, corruption or misappropriation of resources
- Undisclosed conflict of interest
- Workplace bullying, sexual harassment or any form of discrimination
- Violation of internal policy or the code of conduct
- Leakage of confidential information or personal data
- Anticompetitive practice
- Any conduct that violates applicable law or regulation
Our guarantees
Confidentiality. Your identity is protected at every stage of the review and is known only to those conducting the investigation.
Anonymous reporting. You are not required to identify yourself. If you prefer not to be recognized, use an email address not linked to your name and leave out your personal details in the message.
Non-retaliation. Anyone who reports in good faith is protected against any form of retaliation, and retaliation is itself grounds for disciplinary action.
Impartial review. The investigation is conducted independently, and no one reviews a report that involves themselves.
How it works
Receipt.
The report reaches the Ethics Committee and is logged.
Preliminary review.
The Committee assesses whether the report has merit and defines the next steps.
Investigation.
When necessary, it is conducted independently until the facts are established.
Conclusion.
Corrective measures are applied when warranted. When there is a way to contact the person who reported, they are informed of the outcome.

A false report made in bad faith to harm someone is subject to applicable disciplinary and legal measures.
